The top 20 global domain name sales list for October 2026 has been released!
According to publicly disclosed transaction data, each of the top 20 domain name sales in October reached or exceeded $100,000, with a combined total transaction value of approximately $9.817 million.
Leading the list is Clarity.com, which sold for $3.5 million; TradingCards.com follows in second place at $2 million, while Nor.com ranks third at $700,000.

Top 5 in October:
Clarity.com — $3,500,000
TradingCards.com — $2,000,000
Nor.com — $700,000
Tick.com — $600,000
Daytona.com — $500,000
While traditional .com domains continue to dominate the high-value transaction space, another notable trend this month is the performance of .ai domains.
Eight .ai domains made it into this month’s top 20 list. Among them, Act.ai sold for $375,000; Pad.ai, Critical.ai, and Honey.ai each fetched $150,000; and Longitude.ai also secured a spot with a sale price of $115,000.
In terms of domain extensions, .com continues to demonstrate strong competitiveness in the high-end market, while .ai is emerging as a significant force in brand-related domain transactions within the AI era.
Another noteworthy signal is the entry threshold for the monthly top 20 list.
In the top 20 list for August, $100,000 served as a key price benchmark for inclusion—a threshold that held steady through October. This suggests that publicly disclosed, high-value domain transactions are coalescing around a relatively clear price range.
For domain investors, the real focus should perhaps not just be on the sale price of an individual domain, but rather on which categories, keywords, and extensions are gaining sustained recognition from end-users.
From the established brand value of .com to the vast potential for AI applications represented by .ai, the market competition for premium domains remains as active as ever.
