No, using our domain name Transfer service is free for domain name buyers.

2.What payment provider do you use?

All of our payments are processed safely and securely by our payment provider Adyen.

3.I have paid for a domain name, what happens next?

Once we have secured your payment, we will take full control of the domain from the seller and send you tailored transfer instructions. Please be aware that each domain extension and registrar may have different processes. However, our guarantee is to always propose the easiest and most convenient transfer process possible. Our domain ownership transfer specialists will guide you through the domain industry and provide support until you are fully satisfied and have obtained complete ownership of the domain.

4.I have received the authorization code for the domain name. What should I do next?

If you've done it before, transferring a domain is quite easy. If this is your first time, the process can be confusing. For instance, each registrar/registry service provider has created a different transfer process (unfortunately). Still having transfer issues? Please contact your designated domain ownership transfer specialist through your buyer control panel for tailored assistance.

5.What are the different payment options?

We support the following payment options: Bank wire, SEPA, Visa, MasterCard, iDeal, MisterCashSofort, Paypal, AliPay, WeChatPay and Bitcoins.

6.Do you know the asking price of this domain name?

That depends on the listing you're viewing. If you see a 'Buy Now' price, it means the seller has set a fixed price. If there's no price listed, it indicates the seller hasn't set one yet. To find out the asking price, you can make an offer, and the seller will respond directly.

7.Do I receive a VAT invoice?

If VAT is applicable for your transaction, you will automatically receive an VAT invoice from us afteryour payment is submitted. Do you require an invoice before you pay? Please contact our supportteam.

8.I bought and transferred a domain but it's still showing a For Sale page

Simply head to the registrar where you're managing the domain and delete our Nameservers fromthe DNS settings to replace our for sale page with your own site.

9.Are all offers I place binding

Yes, all confirmed offers at Dn.com are legally binding.

10.How long is my offer valid

Every offer is valid for a duration of 7 days.

11.Within how many days do I need to pay for the domain I bought?

All transactions have to be completed within 24 hours. If you're a corporate buyer that requires more time to complete a purchase, simply notify our team so we can inform the seller.

12.Are there other currency options

Currently available currency options are the US dollar ($) and the Chinese yuan (¥),You can change your currency preferences in your account settings.

13.I sold a domain, when can I expect to receive my payment

Usually, sellers get paid out within 24 hours (on business days) after the domain is transferred.

14.What payout options do you have

The most common payout sources are bank wire, Paypal & Bitcoin.

15.Where can I change my password?

Go to the upper right corner and click on "your name" and then on "settings". On this page you canchange your password. Don't forget to save after filling in the current and new password!

16.Do I have to change the nameservers to Dn.com?

We recommend listing your domain on our for-sale page. By doing so and using our DNS services, you will be eligible for a reduced commission rate. If you choose not to use our DNS services, the standard commission rate will apply. Please also consider using our login page, as it can significantly increase the chances of your domain being sold.

17.Where can I set prices for my domains?

Simply head to your portfolio to directly edit your prices or use our bulk editing tools.

18.What does the default starting offer mean?

The default starting offer sets the starting offers of all domain in your portfolio to the set price.

19.How much commission do you charge?

By default, domain sales charge a standard commission rate based on the sale price. Domains with primary name servers pointing to dn.com's aftermarket name servers at the time of initial purchase, holding, and sale are eligible for a reduced commission rate based on the sale price.

20.Can I change the language of the website

Yes, you can. At the bottom of our site, there's a small drop-down menu where you can change yourpreferred language.

21.How to modify DNS (Domain Name System)?

When selling a domain on DN.com, you can modify the DNS settings. Modifying DNS settings: If both the buyer and seller are in the same country or region and use the same currency, the fee is 3%. In other cases, the fee is 9%. (For example, if the buyer pays in RMB and you receive RMB, the fee is only 3%. If the buyer pays in another currency, the fee is 9%.) If you choose not to modify the DNS settings, the fee will be 12% regardless of the buyer's and seller's location or the currency used. Here are the simple steps to modify your domain's DNS:
1.Log in to your domain registrar's account and navigate to the domain management page.
2.Locate the DNS server settings and set your DNS to ns1.dn.com and ns2.dn.com.
3.Please exercise patience, as the DNS changes may take anywhere from 24 to 72 hours to propagate fully. If the changes exceed the expected time, you can contact customer service.
4. List your domain(s) for sale, either individually or in bulk, on the DN.com platform.
Note: Once the DNS records are effective, your domain will receive complimentary traffic support.
