Solutions.com ranks #1 with $415,000! .AI domains make up 50% of the top 10!

Domain sales have been exceptionally hot this summer. Four new six-figure sales light up our latest bi-weekly all-extension top 20 sales list, with two of the biggest sales coming from Sedo Senior Broker Mark Ghoriafi, one of which is one of the 10 largest publicly reported sales of the year so far. The $415,000 heavyweight deal put Solutions.com at the top of the new list.

Andy Booth, one of the greatest investor/brokers of all time, also sold Blueprint.ai for $130,000, a record six-figure sale price. While it seems like everyone is following the .AI trend these days, Andy was one of the first to recognize its potential and invest significant resources into the top-level domain. He's now in an enviable position, as evidenced once again by the fact that .ai domains accounted for 7 of the 20 chart entries this week. Another industry veteran, Adam Maysonet, rounded out the top four with a six-figure sale of Snitch.com for $100,000 via Afternic.com.

Since then, .ai has been unstoppable, taking the next three spots in a row and half of the top 10.Namecheap reported all six .ai sales following Andy Booth's headline, with fifth-ranked Toro.ai leading the Namecheap group with a $55,000 price tag. The surge in .ai helped ccTLD tie .com with 10 chart entries. With a tie for 20th place, there is an additional position that belongs to the only non-.com gTLD on the elite list, namely Synergy.media which sold for $41,000 to #8 Craft.org.
