The Thai Automation and Robotics Association (TARA) has officially confirmed its participation in the "Global Collaboration, Global Connectivity, Smartly Empowering the Future: 2026 Global Embodied AI Industry Chain Collaboration and Overseas Expansion Matchmaking Conference." The association will deliver a keynote speech offering an in-depth analysis of the Thai government's "Thailand 4.0" national strategy and market opportunities for embodied AI in Southeast Asia.

The “Global Collaboration, Chain-Linked Connectivity, and AI-Powered Future: 2026 Global Embodied AI Industry Chain Collaboration and Overseas Expansion Matchmaking Conference” is hosted by the Trade Development Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce, organized by Shanghai International Exhibition (Group) Co., Ltd., and supported by the Shanghai “Belt and Road” Comprehensive Service Center. It is scheduled to take place on July 3, 2026, at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai). The event employs rigorous qualification screening and precision matching mechanisms, aiming to build an integrated service ecosystem for overseas expansion that encompasses four key pillars: industry chain collaboration, scenario-based implementation, global distribution channels, and full-lifecycle services.

Established in 2018, TARA is the core industry organization driving the development of Thailand's automation and robotics sectors. It maintains close partnerships with the Thailand Board of Investment (BOI) and the Center of Robotics Excellence (CoRE), boasting a membership of approximately 100 organizations that span six key areas of technical expertise. The association plays a pivotal role in implementing Thailand's "Thailand 4.0" strategy, having accumulated extensive industry resources and practical experience in key sectors such as smart manufacturing, smart logistics, healthcare and wellness, and agri-food.
