Com-Lauder stated in the announcement that the acquisition of Fairwinds will further strengthen its presence in the North American market and complement its expertise in dot-branding strategy and corporate domain name protection. Through this merger, Com-Lauder aims to expand its service offerings and enhance its market competitiveness ahead of the next wave of gTLD applications.
