DN Journal released the domain name transaction list from April 28 to May 11, 2025 this week. The data shows that .AI and short letter domain names continue to dominate high-priced transactions.
The highest transaction in this period was Rush.ai, which was sold for $300,000, followed by Seed.ai at $225,000. Champion.ai ($89,500) and Ponder.ai ($65,000) also ranked in the top ten, indicating that driven by the AI boom, .AI domain names have become an important source of high-quality brand assets.

Short letter .com domain names also performed strongly. UIG.com ranked second with $280,000, and FFSN.com and BORJ.com were sold for $75,000 and $58,000 respectively. This type of domain name is concise and universal, and has long been favored by end users.
In the top ten list, .AI occupies four seats, and the market heat continues to heat up. In the mid-price range, buyers are more pragmatic, emphasizing industry matching and brand adaptability. Non-mainstream suffix domain names such as Idealiste.fr ($22,400) and Metal.co.uk ($21,280) also performed well, reflecting the actual needs of regional markets and specific verticals.

In addition, domain names such as AIWheel.com ($20,000), ContainerPark.com ($19,000) and Fizz.ai ($17,999) also show that the preferences of mid-market buyers are shifting from the suffix itself to actual availability and brand value.
Overall, high-priced transactions are still concentrated in .AI and short letter .com, while the mid-market shows stronger diversification and scenario-driven characteristics. For investors, this is not only a continuation of the trend, but also a sign of the expansion of structural opportunities.
